Dr. Strange

I was invited to a friend’s wedding ceremony, where all the guests were encouraged to dress up like super heroes! I honestly had no idea what I would wear, but some friends told me I looked like Dr. Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) and should dress as him!
I realized how right they were and decided to spend the next couple weeks crafting this costume to look as amazing as possible.

This DIY costume simply turned out too incredible for me to show it off with one photo, so I created two more epic photos!
Thrifting all the main parts of this costume not only made it more affordable, but also more unique since every aspect of it was hand picked and pieced together by me!
I have yet to learn any sewing techniques, so I always resort to hot glue to bond pieces together. It usually stays together long enough for my needs!
My costume was a big hit at the wedding reception! My favorite comment I got while dressed up was “You look more like Dr. Strange than Dr. Strange!”
